• Au sein de la Direction Financière d’ATR, l’apprenti accompagnera le Responsable Méthodes & Outils Processus Finance dans ses opérations quotidiennes
• Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes :
• Contrôles internes :
• Gestion des contrôles internes ATR
• Mise en place de contrôles internes au sein de la Direction Financière apportant un maximum de support aux différents départements (notamment dans la formalisation des procédures et contrôles)
• Suivi du plan d’action
• Effectuer des tests d’efficacité
• Processus :
• Travail sur la description et l’harmonisation des processus pour la direction Finance d’ATR (y compris les filiales)
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus pour les départements ATR Finance
• Assurer le plan d’action et le suivi
• Participer à l’animation de l’équipe Finance à travers la mise en place de management visuel et d’autres techniques inspirées des principes LEAN
• Projets :
• Suivre les projets financiers tels que la digitalisation
• Assurer le plan d’action et le suivi
• Conformité :
• Accompagner le déploiement de la politique de conformité et d’éthique au sein de la communauté financière
• Soutenir la conformité au RGPD
• IT :
• Gérer la gestion des données, y compris le stockage et la gouvernance des données
• Feuille de route informatique de support
• Cette alternance est faite pour vous :
• Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac+4 à Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la Finance
• Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :
• Fort esprit d’équipe
• Prise d’initiative et pro activité
• Apprécie les défis et les environnements variés, changeant, avec un rythme rapide
• Compétences linguistiques :
• Anglais : courant

• Detailed description of the mission
• Within ATR Finance Department, apprentice will support Processes methods & tools Finance Leader in his daily operations
• In this context, your main activities will be as follows:
• Internal controls :
• ATR Internal controls management
• Implementation of internal controls within Finance Directorate providing maximum of support to various departments (in particular in formalization of procedures and controls)
• Monitoring of action plan
• Perform efficacy tests
• Processes :
• Work on processes description & harmonization for ATR Finance directorate (including subsidiaries)
• Contribute to processes improvements for ATR Finance departments
• Ensure action plan & follow-up
• Participate in the animation of the Finance team through the implementation of visual management and other techniques inspired by LEAN principles
• Projects :
• Monitor finance projects such as digitalization, …
• Ensure action plan & follow-up
• Compliance :
• Support deployment of the compliance and ethics policy within the finance community
• Support GDPR compliance
• IT :
• Handle data management, including data storage and data governance
• Support IT roadmap
• This apprenticeship is designed for you
• You are currently preparing a Bac+4 to Bac+5 diploma (or equivalent) in the field of Finance.
• You have the following skills:
• Strong team spirit
• Initiative and pro activity
• Enjoys challenges in a varied, changing, fast-paced environment
• Language skills : fluent in English and French
