Detailed description of the mission

• It’s about Mobility: using your geospatial analytics knowledge to discover trends in intercity travel patterns
• Using gigantic datasets of Mobile GPS Data on MS Azure Databricks
• Studying specific countries in support of ATR’s commercial objectives to drive a real business impact in our sales campaigns
• Identifying possible markets for new air services
• Understanding airport catchments and identifying cities which need improved air infrastructure
• Analysis of consumer trends in mode choice, supporting integrated ‘Mobility As A Service’ concepts
• Part of the Business Development team, supported by a resident Data Scientist, interfacing with Marketing & Sales
• Opportunities to meet external parties including airlines and government bodies

This apprenticeship is designed for you

• You have a university education in Geospatial Data Analytics or similar analytics discipline
• Interest in human transportation needs
• Coding ability and a willingness to learn Python & Pyspark if not already skilled
• Used to solving analytical problems by conceptualising and implementing new algorithms
• Familiarity with existing research basis for processing of mobility data will be a plus
• Ability to synthesize data and information into clear communications and dashboards

Description détaillée de la mission

• Il s’agit de la mobilité : utiliser vos connaissances en analyse géospatiale pour découvrir les tendances des déplacements interurbains. 
• Utilisation de gigantesques ensembles de données GPS mobiles sur MS Azure Databricks
• Etudier des pays spécifiques pour soutenir les objectifs commerciaux d’ATR afin de générer un impact commercial réel dans nos campagnes de vente.
• Identifier les marchés potentiels pour de nouveaux services aériens 
• Comprendre les zones de chalandise des aéroports et identifier les villes qui ont besoin d’une infrastructure aérienne améliorée
• Analyser les tendances des consommateurs en matière de choix de mode de transport, en soutenant les concepts intégrés de « mobilité en tant que service ».
• Faire partie de l’équipe de développement commercial, avec le soutien d’un scientifique des données résident, en interface avec le marketing et les ventes.
• Opportunité de rencontrer des parties externes, y compris des compagnies aériennes et des organismes gouvernementaux.

Cette alternance est faite pour vous

• Vous avez une formation universitaire en analyse de données géospatiales ou dans une discipline analytique similaire.
• Intérêt pour les besoins en transport humain
• Capacité de codage et volonté d’apprendre Python et Pyspark si ce n’est pas déjà le cas.
• Habitué(e) à résoudre des problèmes analytiques en conceptualisant et en mettant en œuvre de nouveaux algorithmes
• La connaissance des bases de recherche existantes pour le traitement des données de mobilité sera un plus.
• Capacité à synthétiser les données et les informations dans des communications et des tableaux de bord clairs.
