We operate in an agile organizational set-up without extensive hierarchical structure, where it is expected that all our employees lead from every seat. Inspirational leadership, service oriented behavior and entrepreneurial customer centric mindset are at our core.As an Automation Business Analyst: you will support automation business partners assessing and documenting automation ideas at the earliest stage. Your critical thinking and ability to elicit high level requirements from stakeholders will be greatly needed to select the most promising candidates. Once an idea is confirmed, your detailed documentation and communication skills will play an important role to map and document the end-to-end of the processes, including the AS-IS and TO-BE. At a later stage, your detailed requirements will help developers initiate the development phase and afterwards test the solution (UAT). Once solutions are in production, you will keep key solution documentations up to date, so our portfolio of solutions reflects the business needs. In the entire cycle just described, you will support the automation business partnerYou will work in a collaborative and agile environment, surrounded by other automation & data enthusiasts at the Roche Services and Solutions (RSS), building solutions for our Roche peers and ultimately impacting our patients. Your closest team members are mainly: other business analysts, automation business partners, automation developers, product owners and people leaders. It is expected from you to promote a healthy work environment, embracing diversity and inclusion at its full definition, and an active feedback culture.Support the automation business partner of your region to prepare automation projects for development and ensure timely deliveryFacilitate process improvement and automation use case identification in collaborating with process experts, business partners and other relevant stakeholders.Partner with stakeholders to identify repetitive process and system issues, collaborating with other teams to implement process and technical changes to close gapsCreate relevant project documentation, such as process designs, requirements, status reports, as per project squad role requires.Work closely to Automation Developers and support design, deployment, test (UAT) and operation phases.Foster an innovative mindset in the organizationHelp creating meaningful project and portfolio documentation, depicting ongoing projects and deployed solutionsWhen needed, support updating relevant documentation of deployed solutionsWho You AreAbility to navigate through a complex, broad, and diverse organization and can liaise effectively with different organizations.Ability to translate business requirements into Automation specifications (e.g. process maps, summaries, visualizations)Ability to differentiate between problem root causes and symptomsExperience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies and SAP S4HANA, experience in project management is a plusExperience using UiPath platform, including: Task Capture, Document Understanding, Action Center etc. is a plusFluent English knowledgeBachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is a plus.2+ Years experience in Automation or Software Development projects is a must.Experience in a Global Business Service organization or to Regional/global projects is a plusIn exchange we provide you withDevelopment opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
