Job DescriptionAutomation Project Manager – Greenfield Facility (Hillerød, Denmark)Contract Duration: 12 MonthsWork Type: On-siteFreelancers are welcome to applyMUST have a European passportWe are seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead automation activities for a greenfield pharmaceutical facility in Hillerød, Denmark. This role involves planning and executing workshops, defining project scope, identifying necessary system changes, and managing the implementation across key automation platforms, including DeltaV and Werum PAS-X.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate automation projects within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Organise and facilitate workshops to define scope, identify required changes, and plan implementation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, including URS, Functional Specifications, Interface Agreements, and Scope Descriptions.
• Oversee the integration and updates of DeltaV and PAS-X systems, ensuring seamless operation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure successful delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automation Project Manager in pharmaceutical or biotech projects.
• Strong knowledge of DeltaV and MES systems (Werum PAS-X preferred).
• Experience in GMP-regulated projects and validation processes.
• Understanding of system interfaces and automation workflows.
• Proficiency in developing project documentation (URS, Functional Specifications, Interface Agreements, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive project deliverables within tight deadlines.
