Automotive Business Development Manager
Location: Madrid
Salary: EUR50,000 – EUR70,000, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Overview:

A growing semiconductor company based in Madrid is looking for a Graduate Automotive Business Development Manager to support its expansion in the automotive sector. The company specializes in high-speed optical networking solutions for in-vehicle connectivity and works with leading OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
-Identify new business opportunities and manage them through the full sales cycle
-Present and promote technical solutions in line with customer needs
-Support product launches in coordination with technical and marketing teams
-Represent the company at international trade shows and events
-Work with internal teams to resolve customer logistics and quality issues
Requirements:

-Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
-5+ years’ experience in semiconductor sales or marketing
-Strong understanding of automotive electronics (e.g., ADAS, BMS, domain controllers)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluent in English
-Willing to travel (approx. 30%)
