Together with our other Nordic marketing specialists, you will work with marketing and communication activities aimed at our customers and growing sales staff in Baltics for our MILWAUKEE® brand.You will become part of the MILWAUKEE® marketing team with 10 committed colleagues covering the Nordic and Baltic countries. We will provide you with a thorough introduction to our products and marketing approach, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you succeed and thrive in the role.Your main task areas with plenty of responsibility:You will ensure that our Baltic communication aligns with our various materials and follow up on an array of exciting marketing activities, such as those for our distributors. This includes implementing MILWAUKEE®’s campaign and social media activities.Your main responsibility is coordinating and doing translations and proofreading for our website, product features, press releases, and a variety of marketing materials from English to Baltic languages, as we receive a lot of material from our head office.Develop local marketing materials and assist in servicing our Baltic sales team and our distributors with pictures, copywriting, sales, and product material.Utilize your creative skills to assist with graphic design, primarily in Adobe InDesign. This includes preparing and localizing a selection of marketing materials for distributors, such as brochures, banners, flyers, invitations, and display material. While expertise in Adobe is not required, a willingness to learn and develop your skillset is essential.Participate in conferences, kick-offs, exhibitions, and other events, and therefore expect approximately 20 travel days per year.Who are you?You are a strong communicator with a desire to learn, and you thrive with a wide array of tasks. You excel in a workday with varied tasks, where some are solved independently and others in collaboration with colleagues from different countries. You will have your own areas of responsibility, so it is important that you are driven, structured, flexible, and proactive.For this position, we are looking for a colleague with minimum 1 year of solid experience in Marketing and Communication.
