Hunter Mental Health are currently working with a supportive Community Mental Health Team based in Folkestone who are looking for a Band 6 CPN to join their service.Role: Band 6 CPN – CMHTLocation: Folkestone, KentDuration: 3-month contract (likely to extend)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pmStart Date: ASAPRate: £27.00 p/hContact: Jake | 0203 475 4175 |What You’ll Be Doing:Holding a caseload of adults with severe and enduring mental health needsCarrying out assessments, reviews, and care planning in the communityLiaising with families, carers, and other agenciesSupporting risk management and recovery-focused interventionsWorking closely within a multi-disciplinary teamRequirements:Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registrationExperience working in a community mental health settingComfortable working autonomously and managing a caseloadCar driver preferredWorking Hours & Contract Duration:Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm3-month initial contract with potential to extendInterested?
