Job description

The Sport Coffee shop will give an opportunity to someone to gain experience and learn the day to day running of a busy environment. They will be mentored by the head barista maker in delivering top quality coffee a learning how to deal ongoing queries from customers. They will be mentored on food hygiene and display and will also gain a knowledge in front and back of house. They will also be mentored on keeping stock control uptodate. Accredited and/or sector recognized training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP.Role Description Informal Training – -Full training leading to a qualified Barista. -Customer Service -Communication skills Formal Training – -Formal Training takes daily -Carry out a recognised HACCP course. -Complete a HSA Workplace safety Health and Welfare Induction -Complete Customer Service –
