Join us as a CAR-T Operations Batch Record Reviewer and play a key role in producing personalized cell therapies to treat serious diseases like cancer.Job descriptionIn this role, you ensure the highest quality in the production of cell therapies. Your responsibilities include:
- Quality assurance: Reviewing and verifying batch records to ensure accuracy and compliance with cGMP standards.
- Document management: Keeping track of documents, updating spreadsheets, preparing reports, and ensuring all production records, labels, and forms are accurate and accessible.
- Process auditing: Supporting audits to maintain compliance and uphold quality standards.
- Team collaboration: Working closely with teams such as Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Planning to streamline processes and ensure smooth batch execution.
- Continuous improvement: Helping improve batch record cycle times and contributing to projects that boost efficiency and reduce errors.
ProfielEducation:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, bioengineering, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- At least one year of experience in a cGMP or ATMP environment, ideally in the biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry.
Languages:
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Independent and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Expertise:
- Knowledge in MS Office and eager to learn tools like MES, SAP, and eLIMs.
- Experience with electronic batch record systems is a plus.
