For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the BD Advisor role.About the TeamYou will be welcomed into the BDM function as a critical part of the BDM LGS (“Linklaters Global Solutions”).BDM is a globally diverse group of specialists dedicated to driving revenue growth, nurturing our priority client relationships, strengthening the firm’s reputation.In this role, you will be supported by and collaborate closely with the BDM leadership team and the broader function beyond. We look forward to expanding our team with individuals who share our drive, forward-thinking mindset, and enthusiasm.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for assisting in the execution and tracking of key BDM activities and projects, ensuring alignment with practice/product, client, sector, and firm wide objectives. Including:Working closely with global BD colleagues to help shape and implement BD plans.Supporting the creation of client-facing materials, including working with dedicated pitch teams throughout the pitch process.Supporting the project management and drafting of legal directory and award submissions (e.g. Chambers & Partners, Legal 500), coordinating with practice teams to gather essential information.Providing logistical and administrative support to the BD team and other stakeholders.Supporting the BDM team to gather feedback for post-project evaluations and identify and help implement potential improvement.Helping establish workflow processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and drive the adoption of core tools and material, including Salesforce.Helping to promote the practice’s profile both internally and externally, collaborating closely with Marketing colleagues where necessary.Maintaining BD project/activity trackers and logs ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information.Providing information that enables the maintenance and strategic enhancement of practice/sector content on Linklaters.com and on relevant intranet pages e.g. lawyer bios, credentials and other content for various platforms.Building strong relationships with BDM teams and other business teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.Seeking feedback to assess the quality, consistency, and timeliness of your contributions, identifying areas for enhancement.Assisting in continuous improvement by analysing and reporting on trends, including the variety and scope of support offered to stakeholders.Apply if you:Have 2-4 years of experience in BD/Marketing, ideally within a law firm or professional services firm.Are an effective communicator with strong written and verbal English language skills, confidently engaging with lawyers and business team colleagues.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.Have previous experience using MarTech tools like Salesforce.Possess time management and organisational skills, handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting tight deadlines while prioritising effectively.Have a commitment to continuous learning and development.LocationWarsaw (hybrid model – 2 days per week at the office)Working hours10:00 – 18:15 or 11:00 – 19:15BenefitsJoining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed to reward the vital contribution you’ll be making to our success.
