Behavioural Science Lead – AIYour responsibilities
- Design and validate behavioural components of our AI-driven personalisation engine.
- Translate behavioural models (COM-B, BCW, BCT taxonomy) into scalable product features.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to embed behavioural logic into algorithms.
- Define and lead experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to evaluate behavioural interventions at scale.
- Monitor behavioural engagement metrics and iterate to improve outcomes.
- Champion behavioural best practices within product and clinical teams.
Our requirements
- MSc or PhD in Behavioural Science, Health Psychology, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of applied experience in digital behavioural interventions.
- Proven application of models like COM-B or BCW in product or AI contexts.
- Ability to distil complex concepts into clear, actionable product logic.
- Experience working with data teams and understanding experimental design.
- Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English.
- Experience in consumer health or medtech apps.
- Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle or adaptive digital journeys.
