• Independently model 3D structures with technical expertise;
• Producing of drawings extracted from 3d models with relevant info for the stakeholders and construction team;
• Ensure that quality requirements are met in line with project standards;
• Contribute to resolving modeling issues;
• Contribute to solving technical issues encountered during projects;
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines;
• Work according to the guidelines of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP);
• Ensure graphical deliverables meet the standard specifications;
• Stay informed about innovations and new technologies to improve workflows and create efficiencies;
• Provide guidance and support to other BIM team members;

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or Master degree in construction, civil engineering or a related field;
• Experience: Proven experience in BIM modeling for at least 5 years, ideally within the civil engineering sector;
• Proven experience in production of construction drawings;
• Proficiency in Revit, Autocad and aware of the possibilities of the other main used modeling software (Tekla). Knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus;
• Good knowledge in parametric design with Dynamo or Grasshopper;
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, especially ISO 19650;
• Knowledge of tools/platform such as Navisworks, ACC Platform, Revizto is a plus;
• Rigorous and solution driven;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Management and supervision skills are an asset;
• Team-oriented with the ability to provide guidance to colleagues;
• Motivation to work on large-scale international projects;
• Curiosity and ability to integrate new technologies to optimize performance;
• You are fluent in English;
• You are fluent in French or Dutch (at least 1 of the two);
