You will work as a team member to support biologics operations in pharma operations in line with all safety, regulatory and organizational requirements.Are you intrigued? - To work as a team member to support biologics operations in line with all safety, regulatory and organizational requirements
- Manufacturing Support Technician will be assigned to the daily production operations as required to support the execution of the manufacturing schedule.
- Documentation of all activities in line with cGMP requirements.
- Perform process and equipment preparation.
- Material receipt from warehouse.
- Perform material transfer.
- Perform process checks and monitoring.
- Monitor Alarms.
- Ensure all manufacturing documentation is completed in a timely manner without errors, following cGMP’s.
- Diagnose and resolve events or exceptions in the process.
- Disposal of waste from the respective area as applicable, ensuring compliance with regulations following procedures and policies of the plant, division, and the corporation.
- Keep detailed records, manual or electronic, of the operations carried out during the work shift.
- Adhering to all relevant policies relating to Quality & Safety.
- Ensure successful external inspections, and Division and Corporate audits.
- Active participant in the identification and implementation of process improvements.
QualificationsWhat you will need:
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant Science discipline OR 1 years of experience in a GMP Environment
- Previous experience in a GMP environment (med device or Pharma)
- Flexibility, great concentration & attention to detail
