In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that patient needs remain at the centre of our initiatives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to shaping solutions that enhance patient outcomes, improve access to innovative treatments, and support HCPs in delivering optimal care.In this role You will…Effectively support the development and the execution of the brand plan, through a deep understanding of the customer needs and the market dynamics.Strategically align product and its attributes to identified marketplace needs through application of learnings from market research, data analysis, and insight generation.Establish and maintain an understanding of the operating environment, market access dynamics, competitive intelligence, clinical data and trends.Understand the external context and closely interact with key external stakeholders in order to identify and execute innovative initiatives and partnerships.Lead localization of customer global materials and implementation of omnichannel plansInteract closely with sales force to ensure clear understanding and implementation of Product Marketing plans, timely updates of product’s evolution.Partner closely with the Global team to ensure consistent market understanding, flawless co-creation of overall strategy and assets.Effectively working in cross-functional teams partnering with sales, medical and market access functions.Define the sales forecasts and demand plan in collaboration with Finance partner and Marketing Lead.Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the product budget, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize impact; measure and track performance of key tactics.Why you?Basic Qualifications & Skills:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:BS/BA level or Masters degree level, marketing and Field experience (or other relevant commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry).Ability to anticipate quickly the developments in the market and to translate into threats/opportunities for business teams and GSK strategies.Ability to learn new concepts and data quickly along multiple dimensions – including but not limited to: scientific data, business drivers/ challenges, public health influences and influencers, etc).Tenacity to gain buy-in quickly and move new ideas or concepts through the GSK approval process in a manner that’s consistent with the GSK values and leadership behaviors.Ability to adapt and adjust product strategy based on new data releases and the continuously evolving market dynamics.Ability to conceive, develop, and execute multi-channels marketing and/or business plans.Fluent written and oral both Italian and English.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:Proven experience in marketing roles in a pharmaceutical companyExperience in a Specialistic Area highly welcomePrevious experience in an International Role highly welcomeScientific degreeKnowledge of oncology market dynamicsWhat we Offer?Permanent contract in a very Inclusive environmentSmart Working up to 50% for eligible rolesPerformance RewardCompany carFlexible BenefitsCompany Healthcare PlanIntegrative pension fundEmployee Assistance ProgrammePersonal parcel delivery serviceLocal nursery agreementFree Company canteenCoffee CornersClosing Date for Applications – 1 aprile 2025Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
