Our client is looking for a BREEAM Consultant to join their multi-disciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy. The firm have been around for 15 years and work across a range of sectors such as; Commercial, Retail, Education, Defence, Healthcare, Industrial, Transport, Sport, and many more.

BREEAM Consultant Requirements:

* BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Environmental, Construction or similar
* Relevant experience
* Licensed BREEAM Assessor (BREEAM New Construction or BREEAM Refurbishment and fit-out)
* Brilliant communication skills, written and verbal
* BREEAM AP (Desirable)
* Excellent analytical and report writing skills
* Computer Literate
* Experience working across multiple sectors E.g. Residential, Commercial, Defence, Healthcare etc (Desirable)

BREEAM Consultant Duties:

* Undertake & Lead BREEAM Assessments from feasibility stage through to project completion
* Attend client and design team meetings as required
* Advise clients and the project team on BREEAM scores and credit compliance requirements
* Prepare validation statements and reports to be submitted to BRE
* Produce progress reports and update BREEAM credit tracker
* Liaise with clients, design team and contractors
* Carry out site audits during the construction phase and prepare records of site visits and audit reports
* Responding to BRE QA review comments and closing out non-conformances
* Assist with production of BREEAM AP reports
* Aid in preparation, monitor, and report of project cost and budgets
* Support junior members of the team
