Staffed by a team of Hosts who are trained to deftly deliver exceptional customer service and are ready to take care of anything and everything for their guests. From housekeeper to receptionist, concierge to chauffeur, breakfast chef, cocktail shaker, memory maker, and more. Taking ownership of all aspects of the department and having the autonomy to do whatever improves a guest’s stay means that the team can deliver a truly unique hotel experience. Brimstone Hotel sits independently of the Langdale Hotel, self-catering, and timeshare accommodation but has full access to all its associated facilities as well as exclusive use of the Reading Room, the Boot Room, and complimentary use of Brimstone Spa’s Thermal Experience.Our Brimstone Hotel ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Brimstone Hotel Manager to lead our five-star product – Brimstone Hotel, ensuring they surpass guest expectations while maintaining profitability. The role entails full accountability for service delivery, financial results, and cost control across all related operations. Responsibilities include creating and enforcing policies, targets, and KPIs, generating data-driven reports, and maximising revenue through planning and promotions.As the ambassador of our department, you will drive innovative strategies, collaborate with the SLT and chefs for continuous improvement, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers. Active resolution of guest queries, leading Front of House teams, and fostering a positive team culture through training and development programs are crucial.The role extends to aligning food and beverage offerings with sustainability and commercial strategies, collaborating on brand campaigns, and contributing to new concept development.
