An expanding, diverse practice known for its comprehensive services across various industry sectors is currently on the lookout for a Building Surveyor to enhance their team in Essex.The Building Surveyor’s roleJoining as the new Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of traditional building surveying duties, encompassing both project and professional services, alongside design and specification, and managing client/contractor relationships.In this capacity, your contributions will include mentoring junior building surveyors, leading projects, negotiating and finalising contracts with contractors, and achieving annual/monthly financial targets. You will work on scheems across the public and private sector, on education, goverment and private residential properties.The successful Building Surveyor will have?

  • Chartered RICS status ideally.
  • RICS accredited degreein Building Surveying.
  • AutoCAD drawing production experience.
  • Strong communication – Both written and verbal
  • Experience in managing client relations.
