Business Analyst Level: SeniorSalary: €65,000 – €70,000Location: DublinRoleOur client, a leading financial services provider, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams to evaluate business needs and craft innovative solutions tailored to client requirements. You will also assess the practicality and organizational impact of new products and updates to existing offerings.Key Responsibilities:Analyse business processes and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement.Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Prioritise business requirements and design solutions with functional specs.Assess feasibility, market demand, and ROI for product initiatives.Define operating models and manage risks for successful project delivery.Support quality assurance and testing.Criteria:Bachelor’s degree in any STEM field.5+ years experience in business analysis within financial services/asset management.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Familiarity with agile practices & SDLC.Masters degree or BA certifications advantageous.Benefits:Work-life balanceIf interested, please apply using the link below!
