Your tasks

• maintenance of Bank’s documents inventory throughout the various regions in form of periodic

reviews and ad hoc requests * updating electronic documents in central repository

• coordinating multiple client bulk communications (via different channels)
• working with the internal Business Requestors to understand background and context of

requests to be executed and advising the most efficient solutions * collecting and reviewing elements crucial for communication dispatch and formsuploads/updates (materials correctness with internal guidelines, clients’ distribution lists, approvals etc.) * working with internal partners (e.g. technology) to solve ad-hoc issues or enhance currentfunctionalitiesWhat we expect

• experience in working with all levels of the organization
• experience in working with clients
• fluency in spoken and written English
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, ifs)
• analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
• interest in investment banking
• focus on process improvement
