Business Analyst (GIS Experience) | Hybrid BrusselsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support process optimization, business process modeling (BPM), and Agile-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model (on-site & remote), collaborating with stakeholders to enhance GIS solutions and streamline business operations.Project Details
- Location: Brussels (Hybrid a mix of on-site & remote work weekly)
- Start Date: 3rd March 2025
- Experience Level: Minimum 5 years
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to define requirements and improve GIS-related workflows.
- Optimize business processes using BPM methodologies.
- Work within an Agile environment, ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams.
- Perform testing and validation of GIS solutions and system enhancements.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align business needs with GIS capabilities.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Business Analysis
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Process Optimization
- Business Process Modeling (BPM)
- Agile methodologies
- Testing & validation
- Fluency in Dutch & English (spoken & written).
