Business AnalystSalary: £35,000 – £40,000Location: West Midlands (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)Business Analysis / Gathering Requirements / Process Mapping / MOSCOW / Waterfall & AgileXpertise are excited to be working with a well-known organisation in the retail sector to source them a Business Analyst to join their Projects and Technology team. The scope of work varies from project to project but surrounds IT and Business change. This role will play a big part in shaping the future of the organisation and aid in enabling the growth of the Projects and Technology team.I’m looking to speak and meet with individuals who have demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst on a range of IT projects and possess the capabilities needed to be successful in this role. The right candidate must also have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.Main duties and responsibilities:

• Writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements
• Clear and precise process maps that provide a thorough understanding of mapped processes
• Preparing business analysis documentation
• Supporting in testing and execution
• Liasing with stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders of varying technical understanding

Experience required:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working within the Retail sector preferable but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
