As Business Analyst you will join the Programme Portfolio team and will be responsible to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions, working closely with Programme Management, Process Owners and Businsess functions.You will also be responsible to develop and deploy new KPIs and improve existing processes and tools.This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy.What you will doAs a Business Analyst you will:

  • Create new models that support business decisions by working closely with Programme Management and Business functions
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders
  • Develop and deploy new KPIs and follow up on existing KPIs
  • Work with different dataset and develop reports and detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  • Engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products and tools can improve efficiencies and add value.

We believe you have

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field in Portfolio/Product Management
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Capability of managing and influencing complex stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Understanding of networks and databases
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI would be a plus
  • Fluent English skills required (writing and speaking)
