Be Part of the OneHearingCare Program – a huge programDemant develops and produces cutting-edge, high-quality hearing aids helping people with hearing loss to get a better life.In ‘Hearing Care IT’, part of the retail division, we ensure our IT solutions meet the needs of our +10,000 employees across clinics worldwide so they can provide great customer experience every day.Within the next 6-8 years we expect to have doubled the size of our frontline employees through acquisitions and organic grow.To ensure the IT solutions are scalable and deliver the right business impact, we have established the OneHearingCare program; a global initiative to design and roll out a next-generation CRM/ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365), which will go on for the next 6-8 years.Your new jobWe’ve just launched a dedicated Market Integration initiative to ensure the solutions meet the needs of our many international markets.As part of this initiative you will collaborate with local markets worldwide to capture their business needs and align them with the broader program objectives.In this position, you must understand and convey how IT applications integrate into other Demant systems and how they integrate into local third-party applications as well as understanding the entire customer journey from the first clinical contact till the customer has got the hearing aid and the subsequent follow-up to understand the processes you uncover in a CRM perspective.You:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders within IT Development, Group Finance, Marketing & Commercial Excellence as well as Business Process Owners, etc. to identify gaps between our standard processes and the current processes in the given market – it could for instance be legal differences between the markets.
  • Collect and structure business needs, uncover gaps and capture critical details and make sure all is clearly communicated to the development teams.
  • Facilitate and document workshops with market representatives.
  • Present findings in a clear, structured format to guide development priorities.
  • Will be expected to travel approximately 20-30 days a year, always accompanied by your team.

You’ll join a newly established, cross-disciplinary team of Analysts and Data Specialists, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders globally. Today, the team is also focused on integrating newly acquired businesses into our systems. Looking ahead, you’ll also play a key role in leading the data migration to our new platform.Your manager will be Rasmus Lindgreen-Winther, who has been with us for 1.5 years. He has solid experience with M&A Implementations and is today Head of Market Integration.   • A master’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a like.
  • A couple of years’ experience in business analysis – either after your graduation or as part of your resent student jobs.
  • Understanding of how technology supports business processes and the ability to identify process gaps.
  • Understanding of how systems integrate with other systems.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to critical details.
  • Proficient communication skills in English; written and spoken.
  • A collaborative mindset and cultural fluency in working with international teams.
  • A proactive, structured, and inquisitive approach to your work.
