Our Client:Produces and distributes lubricants, maintenance, and cleaning products for sectors such as automotive and industry. The center provides high-quality products, like lubricating sprays and rust protectors, with a strong focus on sustainability and safety in its production processes for the European market.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for production processes and supply chain management.
• Map processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing sector.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX, NAV, or D365).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Project management certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to the UK and possibly the US.
• Living near Zele
• Professional experience in Belgium
