If this global working environment appeals to you and you have the right skills and mindset, then apply now to become a part of our Vopak team.What will you do as a Business Analyst – Battery Energy Storage?As a Business Analyst you are a crucial member in the rapidly developing market for Battery Energy Storage in a team that has the ability to develop and scale its activities in this market on a global scale. In your role you will drive the analytical foundations that will set the business direction.
Our ambition is to develop a significant portfolio of battery energy storage assets (GW scale): up to ca. 2030 in durations of up to 4 hours, extending into Long Duration Energy Storage assets (
8 hours) in the medium to long term. We are investing (build-own-operate) in utility scale assets at critical locations in the High Voltage infrastructure in energy systems with an increasing penetration of intermittent renewable generation.
In these markets we have a crucial role in alleviating grid loads, matching supply and demand and reducing curtailment by timeshifting energy and stabilizing prediction errors. As Business Analyst you will be a driving force to ensure relevant markets are fully understood. For the immediate term we have several
