You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the implementation fits the needs of our business. By asking the right questions on process or viability in IT, you ensure that the decisions are made on an informed basis. You will help STARK become a truly digitised organisation, making a lasting impact on our business operations.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your expertise will help drive our digital transformation forward. To succeed in this role, you will:Gather, document, and validate business and data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Sales App, Order Management)Understand the flow of data and map data between legacy data sources, new data sources and reportsDefine and clarify KPIs and how they are calculatedTranslate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teamsCollaborate with developers and QA teamsBe a sparring partner for the business, inspiring them with new BI functionalities and advising them what solution can fit their needs bestHelp mature our analysis and refinement processes and ways of workingThe job is placed in Aarhus, Denmark with and expected travel up to 15 days a year.What You BringTo be successful in this role you thrive in a collaborative environment. You also bring:Strong communication and stakeholder management skills that allow you to engage effectively with both business-facing colleagues and technical BI developers.Knowledge of Power BI, SQL (nice-to-have), familiarity of Databricks (nice-to-have), Data Catalogue (nice-to-have), Azure DevOps (nice-to-have)Process and Business knowledge in one or more areas (e.g. Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Sourcing)Technical understanding either through experience or educationFluency in Danish and English… And you likely come with a background such as an MSc in IT, Business Administration, Communication, or a relevant field.Welcome to Group ITWhen joining Group IT, you will be joining a digital transformation journey as we replace our legacy monoliths and transition towards a modular and flexible integrated setup.
