The position is embedded within an enterprise-grade agile environment with cross-domain impact and collaboration across IT, architecture and business lines.The RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Modelling and Azure DevOps , who thrives in complex agile environments and can effectively bridge business needs and IT delivery. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business and IT requirements into well-structured feature designs, supporting decision-making and driving functional roadmaps.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business, architecture, and IT requirements into functional feature designsDefine functional interdependencies between epics and features to create functional roadmapsCollaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and DevOps engineersUse tools like Azure DevOps Boards for requirement capture, refinement, and traceabilityApply techniques such as user story mapping, impact mapping, and feature slicingAnalyze data, systems, and processes to propose improvements and technical solutionsDocument detailed requirements using techniques like use cases, state diagrams, Gherkin, etc.Model information structures and system behaviour using UML, ERD, and other modelling standardsValidate delivered IT solutions against documented requirements and assist with test case creationRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Business Analysis within complex IT environmentsStrong knowledge of Data Modelling (UML, ERD, Context Modelling)Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps BoardsExperience translating epics into features and creating functional roadmapsProficient in writing functional specifications using techniques like GherkinFamiliar with test case definition and validating IT deliveriesExcellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)Agile mindset and experience in cross-functional IT environmentsInterested?Send your English CV to valentijn .
