If so, we would be pleased to meet you.The team you will be part ofAs our new Business Analyst in our Salesforce Order Management team at GN, you will play a key role between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping to turn business needs into effective solutions in GN Hearing. You will be part of a transformation program focused on replacing our existing ERP solution—an opportunity to develop new skills and accomplish your goals.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Collaborate with colleagues to break down complex business processes into actionable tasks and assist in turning ideas into solution concepts
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
- Help write user stories and define acceptance criteria under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation of business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Act as a connector between business and IT, ensuring that requests, updates, and timelines are clearly communicated and understood
- Learn to identify potential delivery risks and support issue resolution in collaboration with more experienced team members
To do well in the role, we imagine that you have:
- Some experience or educational background in business analysis, IT, project coordination, consulting, or a related area
- A structured and curious mindset with an interest in business systems, digital transformation programs, and agile ways of working
- Basic understanding of how to work with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements
- A consultancy mindset—comfortable working in challenging environments and contributing to structured problem-solving
- Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare clear, professional presentations in PowerPoint to support meetings, workshops, and project updates
- An engaged, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from others in a cross-functional team
- Experience with agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce
- Knowledge of the hearing care industry or order management/service processes
