Small enough that your impact’s felt in the business, but big enough that your impact reaches millions of people.The roleAs a Business Analyst, you will be working alongside the Finance GPOs to deliver best-practice finance processes, supporting the business change and continuous improvement programmes.Key responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements for all finance functional changes
- Establishing relationships across Finance at a practitioner level to identify current problems and opportunities and feed these into the portfolio of change
- Contributing to the development and delivery of an appropriate internal control framework
- Collaborating with the GPOs and the business to monitor process performance KPIs to adhere and comply with policy and targets
- Collaborating with the tech function to drive functional and system changes.
- Proactively managing and reporting on project progress, risks and benefit realisation
- Maintain process documentation
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- SME knowledge in at least one of the finance processes (PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A)
- Strong background in finance process change
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience of gathering business requirements and working collaboratively with both business and technology teams to drive change through its lifecycle
