Position: Business Analyst
Location: Malaga, Spain (Hybrid 4 days onsite a week)
Duration: Long Term B2B ContractJob Description:
Participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.
Supporting the product owner with decision making, serving as the bridge between developers and product stakeholders.
Analysing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.
Foresee customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Update products functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
Testing responsibilities: support the SDET in the testing scenario generation and testing data/files creation plus lead the UAT (define perform the user acceptance testing as well as report bugs and testing results).
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members.EXPERIENCE
Essential:
– 1-2 years of experience using the required technologies and tools.
Nice to have:
– Experience in TDD/BDD practices.EDUCATION
Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master. Technical background would be a plus.SKILLS KNOWLEDGE
Essential:
Agile Methodologies.
User level knowledge JIRA, ALM (Application Life-cycle Management) and Microsoft Teams tools.
Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive and Oriented to results.
Good change management.
Spanish would be a plus.
Supply chain finance products (e.g., Confirming) would be a plus.
Payment methods and accounting knowledge would be a plus.agile, jira
