As a Business Analyst III – Finance for R2R, you will have the opportunity to engage with business and IT management on IT strategy.  You will have responsibility for the implementation and support of general ledger processes and applications with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated integrations. This role will be a remote position.

So, what will you be doing as a Business Analyst III – Finance?

-Work collaboratively across business units, IT, and corporate R2R business users to implement and maintain general ledger systems and processes.
-Provide leadership and drive excellence across R2R IT infrastructure and support project delivery and assist with documentation, testing and system validation to ensure statement of work deliverables are met.

-Partner with the R2R business users to capture and maintain business processes guidelines, procedures, KPI models, and keep them up to date.
-Assist R2R and corporate stakeholders to analyze business requirements, create a business case, and evaluate if current technology can support or new one must be acquired.
-Explore, adopt, and promote industry lead practices in general ledger business processes and related applications to guide business leaders when making technology investments.
-Continuously evaluate and advance company resources, business processes, IT infrastructure and data literacy to support R2R in delivering and executing their business objectives.
-Be the IT advocate for the business and offer technical and program management expertise to support technology implementation.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training
-+5 years of experience with emphasis within general ledger and/or ERP application support
-Understanding of accounting and general ledger functions and ability to prioritize projects based on risk and benefit analysis
-Knowledge of general ledger application, data, and compliance requirements
-Knowledge of manufacturing processes
-Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Microsoft Dynamics AX
-Experience working as part of a collaborative team
-Experience with implementing procedures to meet compliance standards
-Experience identifying issues and implementing strategies to resolve
 

Things we consider a plus:

-Experience with various enterprise applications and IT services, as well as software development, compliance and security, and IT operations disciplines.
-Experience with Hyperion Financial Management
-Experience working with Internal Audit to meet compliance requirements
-Experience with implementation and continuous improvement projects in software and business process areas
