BUSINESS ANALYST / SALES ENABLEMENT COORDINATOR – CINEMAThe Business Analyst/Sales Enablement Coordinator- Cinema plays a pivotal role in driving business-centric processes on a cinema business project basis.
It serves as a business sparring partner, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and working closely with central support functions to enable timely and efficient execution-without duplicating their responsibilities. Initially, the focus will be on HDR process flows to support a successful commercialization.Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and develop roadmap
  • Serve as the go-to expert for business processes within the cinema division
  • Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements and be a SPOC for central support functions
  • Conceptualize a recommended roll-out strategy and align stakeholders on the set-up and roll-out plan
  • Develop and maintain an actionable roadmap that aligns with business objectives and ensures effective and timely execution
  • Identify and steer task force
  • Assemble and gather task forces composed of subject matter experts and key stakeholders as needed
  • Excel in project management
  • Oversee end-to-end project management from initial concept to roll-out and implementation
  • Monitor progress, address challenges and deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Provide regular, structured updates on project progress during Program Meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle
  • Address dependencies
  • Identify, map and tackle project dependencies across business and central expert teams
  • Collaborate with central functions to design and manage project sequences, ensuring timely execution and alignment
  • Implement tools & systems
  • Champion the adoption and effective use of sales enablement tools and processes
  • Provide guidance, training and support to teams during the implementation phase to ensure smooth transition and adoption

Ideal candidate profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in business analysis, business processes and project management
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and business platforms.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preference for internal staffing: We prefer to staff this position internally to leverage existing knowledge and expertise within our organization.
