Why do we need you ?
The missions of the Digital Marketing Operations team (DMO) is to boost SG local businesses efficiently in the implementation and optimization of mutualized digital marketing solutions: websites, eshops, digital tools.
Your role within the DMO team will be to be the business owner for specification tools, which include:
- Calculators / Configurators tools to help in choosing the proper solution (combination of products) and/or to calculate the quantities needed
- Visualization tools to provide a realistic rendering of our products in a defined environment
- Sustainability assessment tools
- Pricing / tenders tools
In this position, you will:
- Know the existing tools that have been developed locally, at regional level or centrally, understand why they have been created, how they are used (analytics), and how they could evolve
- Collect & prioritize business needs which are not covered by existing solutions, in close collaboration with “Offer & Product team” and the local product / systems management teams
- Analyze what common grounds can be found and at which level (business rules, features, UX, adoption process, etc.), and formalize mutualized functional needs
- Design & deploy the digital solution(s), in close collaboration with IT teams
- Follow up adoption and measure the business impact to feed the future evolutions of the digital solutions
You will also:
- Manage the current central tool for façade visualization
- Identify potential quick wins by deploying existing local or regional tools in other countries / BUs
- Build & animate a community of specification experts within Saint-Gobain
For this, you will be working in transversal collaboration with:
- Central Marketing & Development colleagues, experts in Digital solutions, PIM, Data, Products, Systems, Sustainability, Commercial Excellence
- Local experts in products, systems, specification tools
- IT colleagues at central and local level, Technical Experts and Digital Construction experts
- R&D colleagues at central level and potentially in R&D centers
The perimeter of the businesses involved is primarily the construction brands: Gypsum, Insulation, Mortars and Glass.
Is this job for you ?
Education
Business Graduate / Masters’ level in Engineering/Marketing/Business (min. MSc level)
Knowledge /Experience /Technical competencies
- Proven Project Management experience (5 to 10 years’ experience)
- Knowledge in construction products
- Capacity to analyze an existing eco-system, understand the company strategy and operational organization to make relevant recommendations to the businesses
- Ability to build a project from scratch, and mobilize the right stakeholders to do so
Fluency in English is a must, ideally with operational international exposure
