Business Continuity Management Expert position entails end to end responsibility of business continuity process on local level and acting as local primary contact for UniCredit Group!What you’ll be doing
- Conduct business impact assessments to identify critical processes and required resources, maintain the existing ones
- Facilitate the creation / maintain business continuity strategy and detailed plans
- Maintain local business continuity and crisis management frameworks in line with Group regulations and local laws and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating and supporting business and management during the responses to business continuity events/incidents, manage the timely escalation
- Perform reporting to local management and group functions
- Support internal and external audits regarding business continuity management topics
- Coordinating the participation in DR exercises
What you’ll need to succeed
- Independent work
- Professional expertise in Business Continuity and Cyber Resilience Management, incident management
- English proficiency
- Degree in Computer Science / Security related preferred, certification in BCM is advantage
- Advanced level in usage of office tools is required
- General knowledge in bank processes is required
