Senior Business Development Manager – Bathroom Pods / Offsite Construction

Location: Hull, East Yorkshire
Salary: GBP38k – GBP50k (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Full-time | 39 hours/week
Package: Laptop, mobile, 23 days holiday + bank hols

We’re working with a leading UK bathroom pod manufacturer, supplying high-spec, factory-built modular solutions into major construction projects nationwide. With increasing demand from Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, we’re now seeking both Senior Business Development Manager to help drive strategic growth as well as a Junior Business Development Manager to support the overall sales function.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role selling offsite construction solutions into main contractors, developers, and key supply chain decision-makers. You’ll be at the forefront of major UK construction schemes-winning projects, building relationships, and championing innovative modular delivery.

What You’ll Do

* Develop new business with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors across the UK
* Manage key client accounts and long-term relationships
* Lead pitches, tender submissions and commercial negotiations
* Understand project needs and tailor solutions accordingly
* Track market trends and pipeline opportunities

We’re Looking For

x2714; Proven background in B2B sales within construction products or solutions
x2714; Experience selling into main contractors / Tier 1s & Tier 2s
x2714; Excellent communication, commercial and negotiation skills
x2714; Strong understanding of modular/offsite methods a bonus
x2714; Willingness to travel nationally – full UK driving licence required
