  • Establish new business opportunities in foreign markets, with special focus on potential markets not yet covered by Protecta.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships, providing ongoing support to partners to reinforce Protecta’s market presence.
  • Conduct market research, explore new markets, identify local business opportunities, and build strong networks.
  • Monitor market trends, legal environments, and permitting procedures, adapting business strategies to local contexts.
  • Promote Protecta’s products and solutions, support market introduction and raise awareness about product applicability.
  • Actively participate in the introduction of new products by supporting go-to-market efforts and ensuring long-term market acceptance in cooperation with the business development and technical teams.
  • Participate in an initial training period (1–3 months) if needed, to gain deep knowledge of the products, features, and possibilities.
  • Maintain active communication with local partners and end-users, strengthening business relationships.
  • Provide regular reports to the direct supervisor regarding project progress, market feedback, and business opportunities. Prepare periodic status updates and presentations for the executive management team.

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or international sales, preferably in the power industry, automation, or other technical sectors.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, high level of independence, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in building and maintaining international business relations, especially in culturally diverse markets.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on market and business data.

  • In-depth knowledge of Protecta’s products.
  • Proven track record with successful past projects.
  • Solid understanding of market-specific legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in managing long-term international partnerships.
  • Willingness to collaborate with technical and support teams to support market introduction of products.
