  • Use all means (Cold-call, video-call, LinkedIn, e-mailing, and beyond) to connect with your audience
  • Be first point of contact for some of the world´s leading brands
  • Collect all information and understand the needs of potential customers
  • Evangelize our prospects about the Speexx solution
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve your results
  • Constantly adjust the metrics and tech stack for the outbound process
  • Work closely with the international Speexx prospecting teams
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the sales team through clear communication and follow-up
  • Work closely with the marketing team to run campaigns and drive attendance to key events and content
  • Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perception, competitive intelligence, etc.) to both management and the company’s marketing team
  • Report on results and hit and exceed key metrics

What we look for

  • Experience working in a similar role with a proven record of exceeding quotas in the past
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving B2B business environment
  • Excellent quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset, as well as a passion for testing, analyzing, and iterating
  • Proficiency in using social media tools, Microsoft office package (specially Excel), and CRM
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, KISSMetrics, or others
  • Understand and work with data-driven prospecting campaigns is a great plus
  • Fluent in German, very good command of English (other languages are a plus)
