  • Prepare detailed business analysis and recommendation for new sales opportunities in medical and other industrial areas in EU
  • Communicate precise information to Sales and Customer Service Team in order to facilitate processing of customer enquiries
  • Closely interact with other departments of Nitto Corporation and promote open communication
  • Provide guidance on goals and objectives through clear, effective, timely and constructive feedback
  • Responsible for a successful account on-boarding of new customers and transition of business to an Sales Key Account Manager
  • Attends and supports selected trade shows, leadership summits and training events as requested
  • Coach/mentor team members on successful business winning strategies and best demonstrated practices to assist in the professional development of team and leadership skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience preferably in medical industry
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills and the proven ability to communicate and build relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Provide a combination of operational, project, analytical, & sales support
  • BsC degree in technology, engineering or economics and technical knowledge
  • Negotiation level in English is a must
  • Experience in manufacturing company B2B environment
  • Excellent computer skills, SAP knowledge
