Job DescriptionOur Dublin based client is looking for a Business Information Systems Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of existing ERP systems, ensuring they meet the company’s requirements for efficiency and functionality. Manage system upgrades and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Evaluate current ERP system capabilities and develop strategies for enhancement. Lead the design and integration of new features and functionalities to support evolving business needs.
• Plan and oversee the timeline and resources for ongoing projects related to ERP and HRIS systems. Utilise project management best practices to ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead a team of IT professionals
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, report progress, and facilitate change management.
• Ensure all systems meet the highest standards of data security and comply with relevant data protection regulations.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a BIS Manager, ERP Manager, IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading large-scale IT projects.
• Deep understanding of ERP architectures, configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
