We also support the bank with new loan products, process changes and services to enable the banks strategy and an even better customer experience. Join us in our continuous efforts of enabling even better financing journeys across the whole bank.What makes your role special?Our current Business Manager will be on leave for one year, and we are looking for you, who will take on the Business Manager responsibilities in the meantime. After a year you will become Business Analyst. In this role you will get the opportunity to transition into working directly with fulfilling the tribe’s mission, with a foundation of working with finance, strategic planning and reporting.Responsibilities as Business Manager:
- Manage the Tribes finances, including budget steering and cost recharging.
- Target capacity pipeline and tracking both on vacancies and head counts and strategic workforce planning.
- Support on business cases and Manage organizational overviews
- Act as sparring partner and link towards various stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Partner up with Risk, HR and communication on yearly activities
- Deliver and improve business performance management metrics in close collaboration with local business units.
- Support the domain and tribe leadership in preparation of quarterly and yearly reviews of development backlog.
- Co-ordination with other units for reporting and ensure internal and external communication.
About you:
- A motivated professional with sincere interest in finance, planning and project management
- Understanding of financial management tools and proficient skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Structured, consistent, and flexible in approach, with high integrity and accountability.
- Permanent residence and work permit in Denmark.
