While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.Currently we are looking for: Business Operations Analyst (f/m)Your Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and operate consistency checks for balancing PnL across multiple countries.
- Act as main point of contact for balancing PnL of Polish business.
- Collaborate with Market Risk teams to investigate PnL issues related to origination setups.
- Propose and implement improvements in deal modeling, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Optimize and enhance reporting frameworks for onboarding, PnL balancing, and data quality checks.
- Contribute to departmental projects, offering expertise in PnL consistency and deal modeling.
Our Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, IT, economics, finance, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis, with strong knowledge of data management, analysis, and processing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python (Pandas, NumPy), relational databases, and BI software; experience with ETL processes is a plus.
- Ability to define business and functional requirements and familiarity with commodity or financial trading (advantageous but not essential).
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to work in an international environment.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for improving and optimizing processes.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
