HU0038302-Feb-2026WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAs a Business Partner of the Internal Control System (ICS) you will play a crucial role in the future success and growth of Rheinmetall Hungary. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the ICS at Rheinmetall with high visibility.
- Company-wide coordination and monitoring of the implementation of ICS requirements as defined by the Rheinmetall Group
- Continuous further development and optimization of ICS requirements and control processes
- Main contact person for the Group ICS Manager
- First point of contact for employees as well as external and internal auditors with regard to process owners, management and the Group ICS Manager
- Preparation and Maintenance of ICS documentation (Risk Control Matrix control(RCM)), control testing sheets and Self-Assesment Questionaire (SAQ) answers & Risks
- Support for control owners in preparation of process documentations in particular with regard to consideration of internal controls
- Management and supervision of the annual ICS process cycle in particular
- Execution of RCM control testing and its documentation in accordance of quality gates for RCM control tests
- Root-cause analysis for control gaps disclosed within ICS process cycle
- Support process / control owners in setting-up adequate measures to close control gaps
- Follow-up of defined control measures
- Usage and maintenance of the ICS Tool “easyGRC”
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed university studies (business administration/accounting/law/industrial engineering/project management) or a comparable course of studies
- Additional qualifications (Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant) desirable
- Several years of professional expierience (at least 3 years) in an auditing firm or in a similar position (internal auditor, internal control expert) in a multinational group of companies
- Expierience in internal control/audit systems and accounting
- Good IT skills
- Conceptual and structured way of working, strong analytical skills, visualize complex processes in flowcharts
- Committed team player with a high sense of responsibility
- Intercultural competence and ideally expierience abroad, as well as willingness to travel
- Communicative, very good communication skills in Hungarian and English
