Responsibilities:
•Initiating orders or contacting suppliers based on specifications in the ERP system (SAP).
•Procuring and evaluating quotations.
•Collaborating closely with project procurement teams and local production planners.
•Reviewing invoices for discrepancies in pricing compared to the orders.
•Monitoring supplier performance and conducting relevant assessments.

Requirements:
•Completion of technical or commercial training (e.g., HTL in industrial engineering, HAK, or similar).
•Previous experience in project or technical procurement, preferably in mechanical engineering.
•Proficiency in MS Office is essential; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
•Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
•Demonstrated ability to work in a structured manner and within a team.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Flexibility and resilience in managing stress.
