Help turn global marketing strategies into tangible local successes through campaign activation, performance tracking and actionable insights.As Campaign Enablement & Insights Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:Coordinate the deployment of central campaigns across local markets.Support local marketing teams by providing toolkits, guidelines, and hands-on advice.Ensure timely execution and consistency across all touchpoints.Work closely with the VP Sales Enablement & Growth to align marketing actions with sales goals.Ensure buy-in and adoption of campaigns by local sales and marketing stakeholders.Monitor campaign effectiveness using Salesforce and marketing automation tools.Track KPIs like lead generation, pipeline contribution, asset usage, and conversion.Generate insights to help countries adjust tactics and improve results.Proactively analyze the CRM and identify untapped business opportunities.Develop playbooks and best practices to scale campaign activation.Facilitate feedback loops between countries and HQ to foster continuous learning.Contribute to building a more data-driven, insight-led marketing culture.You are fluent in English You have strong analytical & coordination skillsThe successful candidate will have the following qualities:Proven experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, or sales enablement.Solid experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing tools.Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret marketing and sales performance data.Excellent project management and coordination skills.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Organized, proactive, and collaborative – you’re someone who gets things done.Our client is a European technology company that develops and delivers innovative identification and traceability solutions for goods and people.
