Your Mission:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Orchestration, the role of the Campaign Manager is to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to reach business and marketing objectives. You will work closely with Marketing Orchestrators, Studio’s team and Customer Strategic leads to create, execute and monitor media campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate conversion and ultimately contribute to the company’s growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive/review brief from Marketing Orchestrators (and / or create briefs) and ensure clarity & alignment with overall objectives
- Based on the briefs received, define campaigns roadmap (timeline / priorities), to ensure seamless / timely delivery
- Provide clear guidelines to the Studio team (designers and copywriters) to develop impactful marketing assets
- Provide updates to the marketing orchestrator on campaign progress / insights, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement adjustments as needed
- Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Follow up on Studio traffic management
Your Qualifications:
- Understanding of general brand’s strategy
- Demonstrated knowledge of campaign development (both offline / online channels)
- Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Full working proficiency in English and French- written and spoken
- Strong communication and collaboration with different stakeholders within the organization

- Nice to have: Previous experience in advertising agency
