Each will offer you the opportunity to do meaningful and rewarding work that makes a real difference to our clients lives and your career.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doAs a Care Manager, working alongside the Registered Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care provision within a designated Extra Care Scheme (ECS), ensuring the highest standards of care support. The Care Manager is expected to foster a lively, vibrant living environment for tenants, built on person-centered principles and the promotion of autonomy, dignity and independence whilst ensuring excellent standards of regulatory and contractual compliance in line with principles of good care and best practiceWhat you’ll getWe offer thorough training and the opportunity to develop through self-directed learning, coaching conversations, e-learning modules and access to further qualifications and courses.
