OVERVIEW:
•The main focus of this role is to handle cases related to investigations, enforcement work, fitness to practise matters and interim suspensions
•Responsibilities include making independent decisions, contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of regulatory decision-making, supporting litigation where required, and working closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver shared objectives
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors, barristers, or FCILExs in England and Wales, or foreign qualified lawyers with experience in a similar role
•Experience delivering services directly to the public and an understanding of legal processes and/or litigation experience is essential
•Strong case management skills, including the ability to handle complex issues, work independently, and balance multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
•The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, with the ability to evaluate facts, assess risks, and consider constraints when making decisions.
