As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be responsible for tasks like:

• Preparing and serving thoughtfully crafted meals that meet each patient’s dietary needs.
• Delivering meals to wards with a friendly attitude and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Keeping the kitchen sparkling clean and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
• Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and efficient stock management.
• Supporting recycling and waste management practices to uphold healthcare regulations.

What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who is passionate about food service and thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere. To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• 6 months to 1 year of catering experience, preferably in a healthcare or high-volume environment.
• A legal right to work in Ireland, along with Garda Vetting clearance.
• Five years of work references to demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability.
• A commitment to exceptional hygiene and infection control standards.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
• A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
