Résumé du poste

L’Assistant Concierge accueille, renseigne et conseille les clients, qu’ils soient touristes ou hommes d’affaires. Il veille au bon déroulement du séjour des clients en satisfaisant au mieux leurs demandes, même les plus originales. Pour cela, il est en contact permanent avec tous les services de l’hôtel. Il mémorise également toutes les habitudes et préférences des clients afin de les satisfaire au mieux lors de prochains séjours. L’Assistant Concierge propose les prestations proposées par l’hôtel, en informe le client et l’invite à les utiliser. Il apporte des informations sur Paris et tous les lieux touristiques et met à la disposition de la clientèle une documentation adaptée.

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

• Accueillir les clients et les informer des prestations proposées par l’établissement

• Etre un intermédiaire avec les services de l’hôtel (restauration, lingerie…) pour permettre un bon déroulement du séjour,

• Présenter et promouvoir l’établissement, les différentes marques existant chez Marriott et tous les produits qui s’y rapportent,

• Assurer un accueil téléphonique et physique, s’assurer des prises en charge des demandes ainsi que la prise de congé de manière chaleureuse, efficace et de qualité conformes aux standards,
