The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. Within the Group, you will join the Group Brand, Communication and Sustainability Department. Within this Department, you will be part of the Communication and Engagement team as Communication and Content Specialist. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic planning of corporate communication, key events, brand channel content, and engagement strategies for AXA’s key audiences.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create communication and content materials with consistent messaging across brand channels to drive employee engagement, grow social media following, and increase brand awareness.
  • Write, edit, and update content for AXA.COM website, including news, profiles, announcements, and other external communications, and assist in the launch of future publications.
  • Produce and edit short videos to support social media strategy on LinkedIn as needed.
  • Engagement and Support:
  • Conduct print and video interviews with constituents for use in corporate communication materials. 
  • Support AXA’s presence in external events through “live” content production.
  • Stakeholders Management and Brand Consistency:
  • Write, proofread, and update public relations and marketing materials and oversee their distribution.
  • Ensure brand tone/voice and strategic consistency across all AXA Brand Group channels as well as accuracy.
  • Serve as a liaison to communication teams in AXA entities.
  • Data Management and Maintenance:
  • Update and maintain information databases for the department.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies and experiences:

  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills.
  • Ability to write in various styles, from short social media content to formal reports and materials for communication stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Some graphic design experience being helpful.
  • Stakeholder Interaction and Creativity:
  • Effective interaction with news sources and other stakeholders.
  • Creativity in content creation.
  • Project Management and Planning:
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and managing timelines for multiple campaigns and projects.
